"A Major RF/Microwave CAE/CAT Package Upgrade",
Microwave Journal, May 1996.
MMICADTM software is a popular choice for Windows-based RF/microwave linear simulation on a PC, offering powerful design features not found in most other simulators and built around an intuitive user interface. The MMICAD Version 2 software suite is a state-of-the-art upgrade to this software package. The upgrade is a major step forward in computer-aided engineering (CAE) and computer-aided testing (CAT).

"GaAs MESFET and HEMT Model Extraction Software",
Microwave Journal, April 1995.
Conventional procedures for extracting large signal models for GaAs MESFETs and HEMTs necessitate costly test equipment and software, as well as a pool of highly skilled staff. This problem can be compounded if the software requires the installation of specific hardware and the coding of supplementary test and extraction algorithms. Complications in interpretation are also sources of difficulty. A new small and large signal analysis (SALSATM) program is the first cost-effective and easy-to-use tool for the extraction of large signal models.

"MMICAD Software Expands Capabilities of Wiltron 360B",
Microwave Product Digest, July/August 1994.
The advanced RF and microwave testing capabilities of the Wiltron 360B vector network analyzer are being enhanced through the MMICAD computer-aided design and test software from Optotek Ltd. MMICAD provides the unique combination of RF and microwave data acquisition, circuit optimization and analysis, instrument control and linear circuit simulation. When this program and the Wiltron 360B are used together, they provide a more complete range of capabilities than any other microwave CAT hardware/software combination. In addition, MMICAD complements the comprehensive IEEE-488 control capabilities in the network analyzer. For these reasons, Wiltron chose it as the preferred computer-aided test software for use with the 360B.
