MMICAD is capable of generating either graphical or text data for built-in or user-defined measurements. Included are scatter, admittance and correlation plots, user-defined titles, axes and legends, as well as convenient access to MMICAD graphical functions.

Import/Export Design Links:

  • SPICE
    Read and write SPICE non-linear simulator files - PSpiceTM and other SPICE users can import their files for direct use in MMICAD (to support this, bias-dependent GaAs FET models are included in the simulation library). Post-simulation circuits can be exported back to SPICE format.

  • Touchstone®
    The MMICAD Linear Simulator Version 3 is completely compatible with Agilent's Touchstone® linear simulator. Netlist organization and file structure are similar to Touchstone. MMICAD reads and writes Touchstone® files. For Touchstone users MMICAD is a cost effective replacement to supplement their familiar design environment.
