LED Placement:

Staggered 64 element blocks in two lines with a 3 LED pitch (0.010") line separation.

Electrical Organization:

24 channels of 256 bits each operating at a clockrate of 8 MHz for an overall effective bit rate of 192 MHz.

Power Output:

1µW (667nm) at 10 mA with SLA-20 Selfoc coupling with uniformity of ± 5%.


  • 4-bit pulse width uniformity compensation with onboard timebase counters and plug in EPROM DIP's based on the OTL-444A.
