Optotek presently has 2 custom I.C.s available to support it's multichip, LED module packaging capability (OTL-444A/OTL-650). Both devices contribute directly to reducing on-board chip count and improve electronic interface flexibility. A third chip, the OTL-888W, is expected to be available soon.

OTL-444A

• Digitally controlled 64 LED current source driver with 4 bit PWM uniformity correction.

OTL-650

• 6 bit serial binary decoder to 50 element LED bargraph drive converter.

OTL-888W

• Digitally controlled 64 LED current source driver with 8 bit AM for LED uniformity compensation and 8 bit PWM for independent grey scale.
